We welcome the arrival of Adam and Jake Bessant to the First Team Management Team.

From 2002 to 2015, Adam worked his way up from Under 8s at Ashford Town right through to Reserve Team Manager/1st Team Assistant Manager with Walton & Hersham at Step 4. His first step into Senior management came at Staines Lammas in 2015/16, where his youngest brother Jake became Assistant Manager alongside him. 3 years at Lammas culminated in winning double silverware, the Southern Combination Cup and CCL Division One Cup.

 

A move to Bedfont & Feltham in 2018, saw them consistently push for promotion and break club records along the way, including becoming longest serving management with over 100 games. They left Bedfont back in April after two Covid hit seasons and they are both very much looking forward to their next challenge with the Waters
