Mr Ray Lewis who is President of the Surrey FA (pictured centre) came along to Stag Meadow on Saturday for our game against St Panteliemon and presented Chairman Dave McBride (right) and First Team Manager Ceri Jones (left) with two plaques in recognition of Virginia Water FC reaching their centenary year.

The plaque held by Dave is from Surrey FA and the one held by Ceri from the FA itself.

Chairman Dave McBride said “ It’s good to be recognised for the work the club has done to provide football for the community in Virginia Water and surrounding areas over the past 100 years, but in order to meet the demand and growth of the club its essential we find a new home very soon in order to make another 100 years, our situation at the moment although its successful its unsustainable.
